Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your kaipan purchase.
If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Returns
• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery only for:
• Items damaged in transit,
• Manufacturing defects,
• Wrong item delivered.
• Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered.
Non-Returnable Items
• Due to the nature of luxury furnishings, returns or refunds for change of mind, décor preference, or incorrect measurements provided by the customer are not accepted.
Refunds
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
