Warranty Period

Eligible products are covered for 5 years warranty against manufacturing defects

Coverage may vary by product and component. Please refer to the warranty details provided with your order, quotation or invoice.

What Is Covered?

Subject to the applicable product warranty and inspection, coverage includes defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal use, such as:

Manufacturing defects in furniture frames, joints and structural components.

Faults in fittings or mechanisms included in the product’s warranty.

Workmanship defects in stitching or upholstery.

Installation defects where installation was carried out by Kaipan.

For curtains, blinds, motors and accessories, please refer to the specific coverage supplied with your order.

What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

Normal wear and tear, including gradual fabric fading, pilling or cushion softening.

Accidental damage, stains, spills, scratches or burns.

Misuse, overloading, improper handling or unsuitable storage.

Exposure to excessive sunlight, moisture or heat.

Cleaning products or methods that do not follow the care instructions.

Repairs, alterations or installation by third parties where these cause the fault.

Natural variations in wood grain, fabric texture and colour are not manufacturing defects. A change in personal preference is not a warranty claim.
